Full refund

A full refund is possible only if:

1. The request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

2. The product is brand new:

○ Lace intact, uncut or altered

○ Hair not worn, not styled, not washed

3. The request is validated after inspection by our control team, guaranteeing that the product has not undergone any modifications.

Return procedure

● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

● Once the product has been received and confirmed to be compliant, the refund is usually processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Exclusion of reimbursement

No refunds or exchanges will be given if:

● The lace has been cut, modified, or altered

● The hair has been worn, washed, styled or chemically treated

● Hygiene and non-use conditions are not being respected
