Return policy

● Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

● Hygiene and Integrity Conditions: Returns are accepted only if the product is new, unworn, unstyled, unwashed, and unaltered. The lace must remain intact. Any alteration to the product will invalidate the return.

● Procedure:

○ Contact our customer service at fhairparis.contact@gmail.com specifying your order number and the product concerned.

○ Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

○ Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.

● Inspection: Each return is checked by our Quality Control department. Only compliant products are accepted for refund.
